CONTRACT BILLING ADMIN

Successful construction company located in northeast Dallas has an immediate opening for a Contract Billing Admin    .

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 2-3 years experience in construction industry

Duties include but are not limited to:
· Contract Billing
     -AIA Billing
     -monthly time and materials billing
     -retainage billing
     -progress billing
     -change order billing
    
· Contract management
 
    -review (read through contracts and review for company guidelines and legal issues)
     -process contract (complete necessary paperwork:  W9, TWC, Insurance, Retainage Notice, ROCIP enrollment, etc; submit for signatures)
     -execute contract (mail final copy, file, scan)

· Change order management

· Collections 
     -process liens and notices
     -collections communications (email, faxes, phone calls, etc)
     -reconciling accounts
     -collection reports
    
· Other
     prequalification
     -bonding
     -certified payroll
     -other administrative duties as needed
